In spite of the recent credit crunch our research show that funds for self cert mortgages are still available and indeed from some sources the funds are plentiful and reasonably accessible if you know where to shop.

Over the years lenders have realised two vital factors, firstly that many clients do not keep books and records bang up to date and secondly, accountants are skilful at structuring figures to minimise potential liabilities.
